Job Description

Findaway World is looking for a Channel Sales and Business Development Manager to join our fast growing and dynamic Playaway Products Group!

  • Drive research, strategic thinking and execution surrounding new partnerships and channels for Playaway Products
  • Be on the pulse of the audiobook industry, trends, and growth to increase reach and scale
  • Manage and grow existing relationships with industry partners
  • Communicate and manage new product launches with all partners
  • Direct communication for partners to drive awareness and sales of our products


      • Strong passion for innovation, impacting and implementing change 
      • Experience in partnership management, marketing strategy, account management, and/or project management
      • Vivid entrepreneurial spirit
      • Firm attention to detail with a process driven approach, while also maintaining flexibility and big picture vision
      • Creative outlook on life, career, and ambition
      • Bachelor’s degree required
