The Information Technology Specialist (ITS) will be responsible for maintaining and operating all technology products (Computer and Phone Systems) and providing the necessary end-user support for all software, hardware, and network systems.

The ITS may also be responsible for working with external partners, including consultants, agencies, and vendors, to resolve system issues, provisioning of new hardware and software, installing upgrades and new equipment as necessary, and working with the Jack Henry 20/20 core processing system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science required.
• 3 – 5 years of experience with network technology environments required.
• Strong technical and creative skills necessary to problem solve and resolve issues.
• Solid understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
• PC proficiency is essential.
• Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees.
• Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
