Job Description

Basic Purpose & Function:

Responsible for supporting Training and Quality Assurance by performing daily administrative functions

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile attestations to memorandums
  • Update the class tracker for all new hire classes
  • Reconcile client required employee rosters
  • Upload and e-mail completed tests to various clients
  • Coordinate and reconcile all required testing for annual re-certifications, as well as new employee on-boarding
  • Save calls per client request
  • Print and scan account notes from CUBS
  • Additional duties or ad hoc projects as needed


Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with PC and keyboard skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to communicate professionally with management team and internal associates
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple task simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on any given assignments
  • Detail oriented and good organizational skills

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years in administrative setting or equivalent experience
    • Knowledge of CUBS Collection Application (system software) – after training
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Additional Information

Pay range for this opening is $10-$12/hr
