Our commitment to Customer Experience along with internal promotion, has created a new opportunity within the Fishpond team for a Helpdesk Customer Experience Representative.

If you have excellent grammar as well as computer literacy, (key skills you will need when entering information into our systems and replying to customer emails), mixed in with a high level of drive to meet targets, openness, honesty and a straightforward, upbeat and positive attitude then look no further.

Home based 40 hours a week, 3:30pm to midnight (hours are flexible) Sunday - Thursday. Imagine that no sitting in traffic!
