Our client, a top firm in the real estate industry is currently looking to engage smart and savvy young individual that can fill the role of a senior Manager.

 

 

Job Description

  • Handle financial and administrative operations of the property.
  • Plan and direct the purchase, sale, and development of real estate properties on behalf of businesses and investors.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. 
  • Drive team to achieving high performance. 
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. 
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. 
  • Manage existing clients(Vendors and Buyers)  
  • Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on projects. 
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to sell/lease properties in the company's mandates. 
  • Know the available properties on the market. 
  • Closing sales and leases on properties 
  • Ensure workflow process within team is adhered to.
  • Plan, organize, direct and control sales staff to meet objectives
  • Conduct monthly meeting to establish realistic sales target for the month
  • Monitor daily performance of sales executives and compare with monthly performance
  • Coaching sales team to meet target
  • Offer counseling advice, support and motivation to help them meet corporate objectives

Assisting sales team in the selling process by attending meetings with them when necessary

Qualifications

  • A solid background of sales, marketing, business development
  • BSc/HND in Estate Management, business management/ administration or similar field
  • MBA/MSc, Marketing will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
