Job Description

  • prepare ,manage & distribute correspondence, reports and documents
  • Make and receive internal and external calls
  • Type documents and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Make report on minutes of meetings
  • communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • liaison with internal and external contacts
  • receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Any other task as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

Required Qualification: OND or HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) in related discipline
