Our client is a key player in the telecoms industry, providing best-in- class network solutions and security services and maintains end-to-end network infrastructure for telecommunications and Energy firms is seeking to hire an experienced Regional Manager (RM) that will oversee and supervise various units to ensure that there is an increase in the organizations bottom line and ROI.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • The RM will oversee all areas of business where the organisation provides telecommunication/energy services to its clientele in the four (4) Geo-political regions across Nigeria namely: Abuja (North), Port-Harcourt (South East) Ibadan (South West) and Lagos.
  • The RM will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all lines of business within the region with the key motive of driving the business goals of the organisation.
  • Determine objectives, establish operating procedures and ensure the success of the business within the guidelines and authority established by the board.
  • Travel to all regional locations where energy power plants are installed for proper check and supervision.
  • Generate business leads to increase the clients’ list thereby increasing the revenue of the organisation.
  • Maintain budgets and increase return on Investment (ROI).

Qualifications

Qualification

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, Power Engineering and any other related field
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience with 7years of managerial experience
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Experience in Telecoms or Power industry or related sectors
  • Indian, Chinese and Philippine nationals are also encouraged to apply

  • Excellent presentation skills, experience with client interaction, and possess confidence to assertively and tactfully manage challenging clients
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with internal agency departments, vendors
  • Extensive knowledge of working with corporate structures and business-to-business sales
