Job Description

Provide H.R. support to Management & employees for North and South Live Production, Construction Maintenance, Engineering, and Nutrition in matters of attendance, vacation PAF processing, pay issues, PAF’s (transfers, promotions, terms), new hire orientation scheduling, phone calls and walk ins. Scan all documents on to employee’s files and shredding of documents.

I-9 updates, all Crystal and Microsoft Add-Ins Reports, SDI & EDD form completion.
Provide administrative support to H.R. Director, Labor Relations Mgr & H.R. Supervisor (i.e. typing, running reports, assisting with newsletter, service awards, special projects, document and in person translations)

Provide support/back-up to all other HR Assistants in the department as needed.

Qualifications

High School graduate, AA/AS preferred
Two years of Human Resources experience preferred
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Computer literate in Windows environment and proficient in MicroSoft Word & Excel
Bi-lingual required (English/Spanish), verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast paced environment which requires multi-tasking and changing priorities as needed Excellent customer service skills and a make it happen attitude
Ability to communicate and interact well in individual and large group settings.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to drive to/from the Fresno area occasionally as needed.
Ability to work some evenings and some weekends as needed for employee recognition events.
Must be punctual and maintain an acceptable attendance record.
Must have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
