Job Description

Purpose of Position:

Develop shopper marketing programs that go across our key customers and retailers, which support the entire Foster Farms portfolio of products.

Essenitial Functions:

Develop and execute comprehensive Shopper Marketing strategies and plans that are consistent with Brand/Category/Portfolio goals and strategies.

Lead agency on project management from creative concept to execution. Write agency assignments briefs, creative briefs, and be a strategic customer and brand advocate.

Creates and tracks agreed KPI’s to optimize ROI, builds alliances with synergistic external companies/vendors. Responsible for day to day management of agency partners and coordination between marketing teams.

Provide insights to marketing & sales on shopper and category trends by identifying shopper insight gaps and developing solutions from findings in order to develop best in class shopper marketing programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
10 years of related business experience.
4+ years of shopper marketing experience within CPG industry.
Demonstrated strong project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
Advanced excel and data mining skills.
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to quickly analyze data accurately to make timely business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing

MBA

10 years of demonstrated analytical and marketing experience in a food manufacturing/CPG environment.

2 years of shopper marketing experience with perishable categories

Ability to move up or cross functionally within the organization

Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel

Ability to obtain valid CA Driver’s License & obtain reliable transportation for business travel

Consistent and reliable attendance

Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure situations
