Pay Rate: $14.75 to $15.75

Provide ranch and dwelling maintenance support.

Assist higher level brood maintenace mechanics in providing brod maintenace support by performing basic maintenance tasks as assigned. 

General cleaning/ housekeeping and asssisting other crews as required. 

1year of maintenace / construction experience preferred. 

Basic knowledge of using hand tools and lock out/ tag out equipment and procedures. 

Must be able to work in an efficient manner. 

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must be able to work and climb up/down from a ladder and be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, stand, rach and walk on uneven surfaces on a daily and repetitive basis. 

Must be able to lift 50lbs. 

Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required

Must be able to follow all company policies including safety, bio-security and animal welfare policies. 

Must have a California Drivers License and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
