High School graduate or equivalent                                                                                                                           Minimum of 3 years exp. in feed mill or grain related field                                                                                     Proficient in basic math                                                                                                                                                 Good communication and organization skills. Self motivated.                                                                             Able to make decisions regarding commodity                                                                                                         Computer literate (MicroSoft Office)                                                                                                                            Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, push and pull and climb ladders.                                                Know and work on all maintenance (electrical and mechanical)                                                                          Must be have and maintain an acceptable driving record (class A license preferred)                                      Must be able to submit to and pass a Background Check.
