Supervise catching crew, forklift and truck drivers in gathering and transporting fryers to the processing plant in a timely manner to meet scheduleds with the hightest degree of quality at the lowest possible cost. Make decisions on how many birds per crew to catch. 

Supervise crews while on the ranch and assure allis going as scheduled and make any corrections necessary. 

Establish and enforces company and department policies, guidelines and department standards. 

Provide necessary training for all employees including new hires. 

Supervise the training of truck drivers. 

Must have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. 

Knowledge of poultry transportation preferred.

Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.

Bilingual English/ Spanish

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work in extreme cold/hot, dusty environment.

Must pocess or have the ability to aquire a Class A Commercial Driver's License.

Must have and maintain an accpetable DMV driving record. 

Ability to follow and enforces all company policies and procedures. 

Ability to work various shifts including extended hours, nights and weekends. 

Ability to meet production standards and deadlines
