Responsible for breeder Performance and production and the deliver of a quality hatch egg. This will include controlling and maintaining bird health, communicating and providing technical advice and assistance to contract producers, maintaining accurate flock information and record keeping, weighing and walking facilities to assure that programs and guidelines are on schedule and followed. 

Coordinating and communicating with other departments and contractors for accurate grower pay, bonus payments, egg pick up and feed delivery. 

Maintain good Company Grower relations.

Responsible for all aspects of farm cost, and bio-security enforcement.

B.S. Degree in Animal Science or related field. 

Strong animal science background.

Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. 

Strong computer skills. 

Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. 

Valid Arkansas Drivers License and an acceptable DMV driving record. 

Ability to repetitively lift, carry and weigh chickens weighing 5 to 12 lbs. 

Ability to follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
