Inventory reporting- Tank measurements-Period End Reporting For Accounting
Daily Inventory Reconciliation
Excel Spreadsheet to track Inventory for orders through Fresno Commodities
Over 500 ingredients in 78 different product types currently
General Office Duties
Filing, Answering phones, sort & distribute mail, fax, mail, data entry
Mail bill of ladings upon customer request
Additional information to customers about products used tonnage
Assist office Personnel about shipping and receiving questions and concerns.
Order Office Supplies
Other duties as requested by manager
Good verbal and written communication Skills
High School diploma, some college accounting courses helpful.
Computer Literacy (Strong Excel and database)
SAP experience preferred
Ten-key by touch
