SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY SWING SHIFT

Perform “C” service inspection on refrigerated trailers
Air brake system diagnosis and repair to include ABS system
Perform electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repairs to all lift gates
Perform arc and mig welding repairs
a. vertical pass
b. overhead welding
c. horizontal welding
Perform field repairs of refrigeration unit, excluding condenser and evaporator repairs
Perform gas weld and soldering repairs
Perform sheet metal, fiberglass wall and aluminum rub rail repairs
Don Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Must have demonstrated mechanical experience repairing refrigerated fleet
Must possess necessary tools to perform repairs
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
Must be able to effectively communicate in English which includes reading and writing legibly
Must be able to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed
Must possess a valid California driver’s license and driving record must conform to foster Farms guidelines
Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to climb in and out of trucks continually throughout the shift
Must be able to bend over and squat
Must be able to perform all functions of preceding tech levels
Must be able to work safely and help maintain a safe work environment
Must be able to progress to a higher tech level preferred
Must reside within a 50 mile radius of truck for which applicant applied.
Must adhere to Foster Farms and State Environmental regulations.
Must perform to established time standards for commonly performed repairs
Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
