WORK WEEK: SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

Fueling of tractors
High pressure washing of fleet vehicles
Steam cleaner operation
Operate gas/electric forklift
Drive, couple and uncouple tractor/trailer combinations
Perform circle inspection of vehicles while at fuel island
Maintain proper documentation of fuels and lubricants dispensed
Work safely and help maintain safe work environment

Don Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Additional Functions

Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor / Foreperson
Assist technicians as needed
Other duties as assigned

Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be able to effectively communicate in English, which includes reading and writing legibly
Must have a valid California driver’s license and driving record must conform to Foster Farms guidelines
Must be able to work safely and help maintain a safe work environment
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be self motivated
Must be able to operate gas/electric forklift and have FF Safety License
Must be able to continuously be on feet throughout the shift
Must be able to climb in and out of trucks continually throughout the shift
Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to bend over and squat
Must possess mechanical aptitude regarding vehicles with some experience preferred
Must be able to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed
Must be able to progress to higher tech level
Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
