Removing non-productive male birds from breeder flocks. 

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Must have dependable transportation to work and report to work on time as scheduled. 

Must be self-motivated and work independently and ability to work in group settings.

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which may include weekends, holidays, early morning hours, and overtime as needed. 

Must have good verbal communication skills (basic English)

Must be able to receive and follow direction from the crew supervisor and other management personnel. 

Must be able to work safe and follow company standards, guidelines and policies.
