1. Process payroll (timecards & Kronos) and Kronos (Calculate weekly recaps, input, balance, release)

2. Error processing (Run audit reports and make any necessary adds, change, or deletes prior to check printing).

3. Labor, timecard, and paycheck distribution

4. Misc payroll-related processes: SDI calculations, misc deduction input, manual check calculation, void checks, stop payments, misc. payments, union dues, credit union, United Way, etc.

6. Allocated tip tracking, filing, Worker’s Comp requests, and balancing attachments/garnishments & initiating vendor payments, manual/void/stop payment Log, W-2 requests—re-issues, 3rd Party sick pay, misc research, direct deposit maintenance, labor distribution, and Kronos.

-High School Graduate or equivalent

-Computer Skills: MS Word/Excel, Lawson software helpful

-10-key by touch

-Well organized—detail oriented

-Good interpersonal and writing skills

-Prior payroll knowledge helpful (knowledge of taxable wage limits, etc)
