Process and review of daily payment runs

Process tax payments through the system CEO/Wellstax and clearing through SAP.

Review invoices over $5,000 for accuracy

1099 review and year-end process

Assist with the training of staff

Refund and return checks

P-Card Department Administrator

Stale dated checks, escheatment’s and Levy’s

Collect credits on vendor accounts

Process improvements

Back up for other positions within the department

Special projects as assigned

AA degree or five years of growing responsibility in an office environment

Accounts Payable experience preferred

Ability to solve complex problems under pressure, ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Ability to relate to all levels of management

Strong customer service oriented

High proficiency with computer systems (SAP experience helpful)

Detail oriented and accurate

Excellent oral and written communication skills
