JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work with full time staff on engineering, process improvement and facility projects. 
• Work in a group or independently.
• Work with different operational and support groups on maintenance and capital related projects.
• Able to outline project results to management.
• Able to present findings and support conclusions and recommendations 1-to-1 and in small to large groups.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited college degree program; concentration Industrial Technology or Engineering a plus.
• Ability to collect, analyze, interpret and synthesize abstract data from a variety of sources.
• Computer skills to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate percent, area and ratios.
• Must speak, read and write in English; bi-lingual a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees.
• Must be able to work different work hours and shifts.
