• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform basic preventive maintenance as directed by supervisor. This includes, (but is not limited to): grinding, cutting, torching, replacing bearings, belts, chains, calking, floor work, roof work, cleaning, lubricating, painting, basic welding, basic pluming, carpentry work, prepare material list etc.
• Successfully complete training as required by company and or government regulations including but not limited to hot works permit, confined space, PPE, boom and scissor lift, PIT (fork lift, and pallet jack), fire extinguisher training, lockout/tag out, ladder safety.
• General cleaning and or assisting other areas as needed; follow safety training at all times, may perform housekeeping and sanitary tasks.

• Minimum of one year maintenance experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of maintenance tools.
• Must be able to perform basic welding and use of oxygen and acetylene torch,
  and hand grinders.
• Must be self-motivated and self starter.
• Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs.
• Must be able to work from ladders
• Must be able to work at heights of up to fifty (50) feet
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Must be able to submit to and pass criminal background.
• Must be able to pass BTE level 2.
