Job Description

  1. Using the establisehd management-training program, gain exposure to all areas of production.
  2. Attend management skills training classes.
  3. Participate in special projects as assigned.
  4. Interface and work cooperatively with all employees within department assigned.
  5. Establish a safe working environment by instilling safety awareness within the workforce.
  6. Other duties as assigned,

Qualifications

  1. BS/BA degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication.
  3. Proficient use of PC including Excel, Power Point, and Word.
  4. Demonstrated leadership, drive and ability to work with minimal direction.
