Job Description

To schedule three Foodmate lines according to instruction by the Hangline Supervisors. Employee is to schedule accordingly, inform supervision if expected rates and or grade are not being met as scheduled or make adjustments as instructed. Employee is too also document downtime as it occurs on all three lines. Employee is also expected to run histograms and various other reports as directed by management. It is also important for this employee to notify supervision of any alarms or notifications that the system gives when there are mechanical issues. Employee should check system performance and alert management if anomalies or expectations are not met by the system.

Set up daily schedule, make adjustments to schedule and consistently check that all product rates are being
Analyze data and run histograms
Record and document all downtime associated with the Foodmate lines
Run Reports at the end of the shift and distribute on a daily basis
Check the physical Foodmate system and ensure that it is working properly
Correlate with Foodmate Machine attendants to ensure that changes in product mix take place accordingly

Qualifications

 Must be a High school graduate or equivalent.
 Must have good mechanical knowledge
 Must have good interpersonal skill
 Must have verbal, written and communications skills.
 Prior computer experience/data entry is preferred (OP/WMS)
 Knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
 Ability to create reports and translate data
