Product analysis (salts, calcium, pH, fat) 
QA and Production record keeping and evaluations 
Ordering/Inventory of quality assurance supplies
Assisting QC Representatives and Production 
Summarizing weekly data and reports

College degree, recommended.

English, required.
Spanish and/or Punjabi, desirable.

Skill Requirements:
Proficient in basic math skills.
Ability to read, understand, and implement written procedures.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
SAP knowledge, desirable.
Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to follow all GMP procedures.
Must possess strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

Preferred Work Experience:
1-3 years previous experience in Food Processing environment, preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing of poultry products, preferred.
Experience with USDA personnel and regulations/guidelines, preferred.
Experience in a food science laboratory, preferred.
