Set incubator racks, test racks, test incubators, preventive maintenance. 

Monitor temperature data and humidity data and make necessary adjustments.

Repair setter racks, repair incubation equipment, repair hatchery equipment.

Occasionally help load birds onto trucks; load and unload egg racks as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in English which includes reading and writing (bi lingual English/Spanish preferred).

Must be able to work independently.

Must be able to work split shifts/ graveyard & swing shift with weekly rotating days off.

Must be mechanically inclined with previous experience with Jamesway hatchery equipment preferred.

Must able to lift up to 60 lbs. Bend, stoop, pull and push egg carts weighing up to 1,200 lbs. Must be able to be on feet throughout the shift.

Must not own any type of bird where lives.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
