1. Maintain, repair, and operate the Feed Mill, Troubleshooting equipment problems and breakdowns.
2. Welding and fabrication as needed for equipment repair, maintenance, and equipment installation/removal.
3. Ensure all systems receive proper lubrication, and perform preventive maintenance as required ensuring equipment and mill reliability. Maintain mill records as required.
4. Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained. Assist other mill personnel in various areas of the mill as needed.
5. Perform all jobs and tasks in a safe and productive manor.
6. Responsible for purchasing and maintaining parts inventory.
7. Other duties as assigned.

1. Must have four years of related mechanical experience must have on year of basic electrical and electronic experience, and or training.
2. Must have experience maintaining a preventative maintenance program.
3. Must have four years of experience with various types of welding cutting, and fabrication processes.
4. Must be self-motivated and able to work in a wet, cool and sometimes unpleasant environment with a minimum of supervision.
5. Must have good english-communication skills (i.e. reading, writing, and verbal) and good math skills.
6. Must have a demonstrated history of dependability, particularly with regard to safety and attendance.
7. Must be able to lift containers weighting 50 lbs.
8. Must be able to work from ladders, and elevated platforms.
9. Must be able to work in confined places.
10. Must be willing and able to work various shifts, over time, and non-standard workweek.
11. Must have own tools.
12. Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
