Pay Rate: $11.00 to $11.75

Purpose of Position: To be able to place chicks, pre- feed and feed, remove mortality from chicken houses, level drinkers, level feeders and perform other task that are required on the ranch.

Essential Job Functions: 

Chick placement 

Pick-up DOA’s, level drinkers, level
pan feeders, and ranch appearance. 

Must able to lift 50 pounds.
Must have dependable transportation to work on various ranches and report to work timely as scheduled.
Must be self motivated and work independently or in group settings as needed.
Must be able to perform groundwork when needed.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and holidays.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills (Basic English).
Must be able to receive and follow direction from the crew leadperson, supervisor and also ranch management personnel.
Must be able to work safe and follow company standards, guidelines and policies.
Must have the ability and desire to promote to higher level ranch positions.
