Job Description

1.  Present current and future promotional activities on all Foster Farms branded products to Military and assigned non military accounts.  Maintain DECA schematic on assortment and item placement

2. Perform daily commissaries visits to order product, merchandise product, manage VCM's and monitor stocking performance. 

3. Assist in ad planning and ad proposals while keeping customers current on market conditions, appraising them of pricing opportunities on Foster Farms products

4. Develop and present sales presentations targeting key product placement

5. Conduct business reviews detailing progress and opportunities for growth

6. Maintain regular contact with Accounts Receivable and Credit regarding pricing, invoicing, new account information and current credit status of accounts

7. Communicate with Departments internally who support the sales function

8. Maintain Sales records and product tracking to improve sales performance, competitive data

Additional Functions:

1. Complete regular reports and customer correspondence, including but not limited to, expense reports and weekly highlights

2. Attend national sales meeting

3. Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required, Degree specifically Business or Marketing related field preferred,

· 1-3 years’ experience selling grocery retail focused products, preferred.

· Must reside in specified sales areas.

· Must have good inter-personnel, verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have and maintain current Hawaii driver’s license, acceptable DMV printout and reliable personal automobile transportation.

· Must be able to lift 60 lbs regularly

· Computer skills sufficient to perform Discovery, Excel, Word, and email
