Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

1. Coordinate mock recalls which consists of finding inventory in approximately 20 cold storage facilities that match the identified recall item.
2. Run sales history for all facilities with product, pack date, quantity, and customer contact information to ensure each customer can be identified as needed
3. Will conduct a reconciliation report to ensure all produced product was found and accounted for and will report on each mock recall to ensure this process is thorough
4. Manage Micro and QA Hold at all outside cold storage locations
5. Create, maintain and train on all system reporting that is related to recalls.
6. Ensure accurate system inventories for all Outside Cold Storage locations
7. Report and measure proper inventory rotation for all frozen products in all locations
8. Maintain co-packing schedules and coordinate raw supply, pick up of finished goods, etc.

Additional Functions:

Back-up other employees in prepared foods product management group as needed.


Qualifications

Requirements:
1. B.S. Degree in business, statistics, or related field strongly preferred
2. One-three years experience in Inventory Control and Shipping / Receiving Operations
3. Strong Computer Skills (MS Office and SAP, WMS, BW helpful)
4. Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills, strong customer service values and have strong problem solving skills
5. Must have ability to solve problems in a detailed, comprehensive manner
6. Able to work independently and work with all levels of management. Must have a high degree of organization and prioritization skills

Physical Requirements:
1. Must have reliable transportation
2. Must be able to have consistent attendance in the Livingston, or other assigned Foster Farms’ office(s)
3. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
4. Must be able to work on the computer for long periods of time
