Pay Rate: $11.50 to $12.45

Purpose of Position: To assist on a part-time basis (<28 hours) the Building Maintenance Manager with general labor duties in maintaining the various company buildings and offices and to support with various company events as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

Picking up supplies from warehouse and delivering to buildings as requested. Pick up, deliver furniture

Assist with Functions at Swan Building Multi-purpose Room. Assist with Service Award lunches and tours.  Assist with corporate fundraising supplies.

Watering outdoor plants, clean front of the Administration and Swan Road Buildings

Clean corporate houses as needed. Janitorial duties at Swan and Admin Buildings

Have good interpersonal, and communication skills.
Have a valid CA driver’s license and maintain a clean DMV record.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and interact professionally with the public and company personnel.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary.
Must be able to show up to work daily as scheduled and be on-time for perform the duties of the position.
Must be able to stand on feet throughout the duration of the shift.
Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
