Sports Direct is seeking an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Leeds, United Kingdom. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Offer expert advice on our range of sports and fitness products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and well-organised shop floor
• Replenish stock and create visually appealing product displays
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in store promotions and special events
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and stock management
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when required
• Keen interest in sports and fitness products
• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
