Job Description

We are looking for a creative, dynamic and results driven analyst to help us support our quickly growing customer base. The person should be a motivated self-starter who is passionate about managing operational processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in customer contracts and supporting both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems.

  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.

  • Hands on data mining and analysis to execute on projects

  • Perform data entry, data management, and automation of sales policies.

  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years Salesforce.com experience

  • Experience in translating business requirements into thoughtful solutions that can be engineered for scale on the salesforce platform.

  • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite : Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and App Clouds

  • Active Salesforce Certifications preferrable.

  • Prior experience with project management or business analysis of software deployments

  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations. We are a startup and we are looking for folks willing to lead and problem solve. Prior experience in a sales support role is a huge plus.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Must be able to make sense out of Data.
