As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with the sales team to sell fullcast.io solutions to our prospective customers. You will conduct detailed discovery, product demos, manage technical validation activities (including proof-of-concept exercises and pilots), and ultimately help develop the value justification for the prospect during the sales cycle. You will also be a key part of the implementation team once the customer signs on to ensure that the solution you designed exceeds their expectations.
Partner with the sales and account management teams to discover and understand the prospect's sales strategy, planning, and operational challenges that they are experiencing
Work with a variety of stakeholders to understand their existing policies and processes and craft solutions using fullcast.io.
Provide your prospects with insights and learnings from your sales operations experience and knowledge of best practices in helping customers improve their sales operations function.
Drive to a successful close by executing flawlessly on pilots and proofs-of-concept and help guide prospects through their buying journey
Translate prospect use cases into brilliant technical solutions and demonstrate ROI
Deliver product demos highlighting the key value propositions that address their key problems and support their strategic initiatives. The prospect should ideally see your confidence in solving their problems with the fullcast.io solutions and become a customer or walk away from the sales process with a lasting impression of the professionalism of the fullcast.io team.
Share your selling and technical experiences with the rest of the team and make contributions to the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Partner teams
Assist other Solutions Engineers in the execution of the above responsibilities
Provide feedback to product development about the successes and failures in the field

Ability to write/articulate technical concepts clearly and accurately
7+ years of solid experience in a customer facing sales operations role and 4+ years of experience in a technical sales role selling to large enterprises
You use data to drive your decision making process and can apply your analytical skills independently to develop hypotheses
You have very good knowledge of Salesforce.com, general sales processes, and sales operations landscape
You practice and prepare your presentation (or demo) meticulously as you always strive for perfection
You have a genuine passion for making other people successful, both our customers and your fellow teammates
You have great energy and enthusiasm, deliver exceptional presentations, and can make anyone excited about anything
You learn new technology quickly and find it easy to explain technological solutions in terms of business value
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision balanced with a willingness to follow specific direction when required
Travel will be required
