Work as part of the Customer Sales and Support team to successfully sell GATR products and grow the GATR customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Travel to trade shows (7-10 per year), exercises, and other venues to set up and display/demonstrate company products
• Research potential customers and discover potential new marketing venues (in coordination with the GATR Marketing department) to maximize exposure and generate new leads
• Generate, pursue, and qualify leads, rigorously tracking progress in CRM software, and develop opportunities with qualified prospective customers to discuss or demonstrate product
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and presentations to likely customers
• Close sales of products and services, transitioning effort to production activity
• Track and communicate production/shipping status to customers and coordinate training with Training Manager
• Ensure contract deliverable execution
• Maintain contact to ensure successful adoption and mitigate operational issues, coordinating RMA’s and ensuring satisfaction
• Provide monthly inputs to company sales meeting regarding status of key initiatives/accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to represent the company on site and present the product positively and with confidence during all aspects of the sales process

Special Requirements:

• Considerable travel required (50% or more)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Must have the physical flexibility to kneel, squat, and bend
