Job Description


•    Bachelor’s degree
•    2 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales


The Inside Sales Representative will be accountable in for all levels of successfully selling closure systems, including providing customer service support functions. The position requires the effective management of existing assigned customers and target customers that drive growth to the business.

Key functions include all customer support services, pre-order product screening, product specification, quoting, contract negotiation, order entry, forecasting and all post-sale customer support. The position is also accountable for management and execution of all contractual obligations of the assigned customers.

Externally, this role is responsible for management of all commercial relationships and key points of contact within the customer business, while understanding and acting upon, their decision making process to create a lasting, mutually profitable business relationship with CSI. This responsibility includes working with the customer's executive, functional, operational, and quality contacts. The position may require visiting the customer facilities.

Ensure that (where applicable) the supply chain is made aware of their food safety obligations as our partner in the quest to deliver a safe product to the consuming public. 




Bachelors Degree Required, B2B marketing preferred;
2-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience to B2B customers

Physical requirements are expected of this position:

 Light Work: Lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or minimum amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls require exertion of forces greater than that of Sedentary Work and the employee sits most of the time, the job is rated as Light Work.

Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality. Limited travel.
