I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all procedures and SOP’s concerning the loading and unloading of product from Production.
Be aware of hazardous materials in your area. Awareness will be achieved through training, MSDS review, safety meetings, and toolbox meetings.
Be aware and understand emergency procedures.
Report all spills or other environmental incidents.
Work in such a manner as to prevent safety incidents and if asked, to participate in investigations of safety incidents.
Responsible for minimizing waste and preventing product mix ups.
Follow all procedures concerning the tagging and placement of product.
Stretch Wrap and stack all products in the warehouse in the correct manner and without damage.
Perform duties in an efficient manner without damage to company equipment and furnishings.
Follow instructions of placing product in warehouse, loading trailers, warehouse paperwork
Housekeeping- Help keep all work areas clean.
Follow instructions and receive constructive feedback.
Use spare time constructively.
Communicate with supervisor and co-workers.
Stay in assigned area.
Return from breaks on time.

III. WORK SHIFT DETAILS:
12 Hour Rotating.
V. PPE REQUIRMENTS:
ANSI Z41 approved safety shoes, hearing and eye protection as appropriate for work area, gloves according to work tasks, and other PPE as assigned and required.
VI. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
Position requires the certification to operate mobile equipment. The certification process requires passing a physical, drug screen, and forklift training class. The position requires the employee to be trained in the use of sit down forklifts and walkies. The employee must pass both a written and driving test.
VII. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Communicate clearly in English both verbally and written.
Wear appropriate required safety gear.
Attend work regularly and reliably.
Work flexible shifts and overtime as scheduled or directed.
Conformance to company performance rules such as work instructions, working standards, policies, etc.
Conformance to behavioral rules, expectations, and company policies.
Stand while working 12 hour shifts.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Demonstrate awareness of and compliance with all pertinent safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a professional, clean and organized work environment.
Participate in work related training programs.
The incumbent helps provide a safe work place by assisting in developing, promoting and following practices which prevent injury and meet legal safety requirements.
Follow all food safety guidelines while on the manufacturing floor.
Report any deviation from food safety protocol to the functional responsible personnel.
Additional duties as assigned.
