- Maintain a professional, positive, and polite demeanor at all times.
- Resolve administrative problems by analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- General office duties include answering phones, faxing, and filing.
- Coordinate with sales and manage to ensure quality care.
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Reporting and data entry skills.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience.
- Inventory and supply management.
- Positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
