Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Maintain a professional, positive, and polite demeanor at all times.
  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • General office duties include answering phones, faxing, and filing.
  • Coordinate with sales and manage to ensure quality care.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (college preferred).
  • Reporting and data entry skills.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience.
  • Inventory and supply management.
  • Positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
