We are seeking an SEO/SEM Specialist who is an expert with Digital Advertising.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the SEOSEM Specialist will focus on SEO optimization of websites and paid search programs GoogleAds, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. In addition, he/she will assist in promoting and syndicating educational content designed to generate inbound traffic, including exploring and implementing social media advertising, retargeting, mobile advertising, and more.

In addition, the SEOSEM Specialist will assist the marketing team with digital advertising and social media outreach in the context of specific campaigns, and any other duties needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize SEO performance of websites and landing pages
• Run paid search programs Google Adwords, Bing
• Recommend and execute paid social media advertising
• Secure and implement other digital advertising placements
• Test new ad formats and report on ROI of advertising spend

• Superior language skills in English written and spoken
• 3-5 years experience in advertising
• Agency experience preferred
• Expert in SEO best practices and paid search marketing
• Well versed in social media growth strategies organic and paid
• Superb knowledge of the digital and mobile advertising ecosystem
• Knowledge of retargeting and Instagram ads an advantage
• Familiar with marketing automation systems e.g. (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) 
• Helpful, Team and goal oriented
• Able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
• Degree in English, Business, Marketing, Technology or similar
• Case studies demonstrating your role in successful campaigns
• Experience with BIO or Pharma specific Campaigns
