Responsible for the coordination, execution, and completion of service projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This function provides support to all service related agendas.

• Handle customer complaints and warranties

• Creation and follow-up of quotations

• Project management of service orders upon receipt (including sales orders, purchase orders, packing lists, freight coordination, internal project organization ensuring on-time delivery)

• Coordinate trips to customer sites (International) including travel arrangements for our service technician

• Support requests of service technicians

• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

• Accuracy and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving: Ability to work under pressure.
• 5+ years related industrial and manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Must bring solid communication skills.
• Basics in reading of blueprints, preferred
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office program
• BA degree in related field preferred
