• In your responsibility you execute the company’s marketing strategy and programs
• The focus in this role is about 65% on the cosmetic glass packaging and 35% on the pharmaceutical glass packaging
• You provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of clients
• You lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing material
• You perform industry and competitive analysis to support the sales process and help to position the company
• The ongoing tracking and reporting on marketing initiatives is part of your routine
• On top you develop and execute marketing plans that include fairs, social media, campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates

• Your foundation is a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience in Marketing
• You have proven experience in the cosmetic industry
• With your ability of innovative thinking you are capable to recognize future trends
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to convince others
• Your strong analytical skills also help you to review performance results and make recommendations for future actions
• As a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded person you are motivated to continuously hit goals
• You have a proactive mentality with a curiosity to learn and develop yourself
• With your exceptional organizational and project management skills you are able to handle a variety of projects
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office
• Experience with CRM tools
• You are open and comfortable with regularly changing environments
