Job Description

  • Support, manage, and execute customer projects (product development and qualification) in line with the strategic plan in cooperation with operations, sales, and customer service
  • Support operations in continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide technical support in Lean Six Sigma projects and quality systems management
  • Drive and manage efforts to align internal specifications and processes with customer quality requirements
  • Initiate and manage the execution of plans to improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead/facilitate customer-focused teams and manage their efforts to support/resolve critical customer concerns
  • The position can be based in Chalon (France), Boleslawiec (Poland) or Wertheim (Germany) and reports to the Vice President Operations &  Quality Europe & Asia Tubular Glass

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or sciences
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Proven track record in a technical or quality-/operations-related area in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in filling operations
  • Business-level fluency in English, advanced communication skills in French and basic knowledge of German
  • High sense of responsibility and a proactive, reliable and self-dependent working style, even under time-related pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Customer-oriented thinking along with the ability to take on new challenges
