We are looking for a highly motivated personality, who is hungry to experience an individually designed HR Development Trainee Program for 24 months, in which you learn about our several business units and the subsidiaries in the countries we are located in. You have the chance to be part of exciting international projects in a dynamic and innovative company.

• Assisting the team with the roll-out of the global LMS (Learning Management System) and being part of its continuous development
• Supporting the team with the selection and management of the global LMS-learning content
• Coordination and cooperation with LMS-suppliers and online-content-agencies for problem solving and further development
• (Assisting the team) with the organization and execution of learning courses and training measures in our (local / global) subsidiaries
• Participation in global HR development projects, which content topics like leadership development, employee surveys and performance appraisals as well as the support of the corresponding change processes

• Successfully graduated Bachelor or Master degree i.e. in Business Administration, Business Psychology, HR Development or Business /Media Informatics
• Ideally first experience in the field of learning and development and with a LMS
• Strong affinity for IT topics
• Flexibility and a great ability to work in a team
• Hands-on mindset and working method, perseverance and a distinct sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills as well as good language skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally
