Gerresheimer will build and establish a new facility in Skopje, North Macedonia as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry.

Job Description

Ensuring an efficient and effective way of working in the area of responsibility in compliance with the requirements.

Personnel management with all included individual tasks (initiate disciplinary measures, assessment of employees, interviews, personnel development, etc.)

Ensuring effective personnel planning (vacation and shift planning)

Participation in personnel and CAPEX planning

Participation in processing complaints and deviations

Independent responsibility, continuous further development of the area of responsibility

Assumption of (partial) project responsibility within the defined framework

Ensuring continuous readiness to audit

Trusting cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. production areas, TS, CS, plant management, TCC / SEC)

Independent compliance with standards, legal regulations (e.g. working time law, occupational safety regulations) and internal regulations (SOPs, BVs, etc.)

 

 

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience in a comparable function in the quality environment
  • This function requires special knowledge in quality management with leadership experience
  • Extended knowledge of leadership methods (e.g. interviewing, further development)
  • Very good IT / IT skills (e.g. office programs, MES & ERP)
  • Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines
  • Extended knowledge of test methods and measurement technology
  • Blueprint, 2D and 3D model reading knowledge
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes)
  • Very good written and spoken English knowledge
  • Leadership skills, especially role models (integrity, transparency, appreciation, persuasion)
  • Positive attitude to support company policies and must be able to maintain a high-morale environment
  • Good communication skills
