Gerresheimer Medical Plastic Systems Dongguan Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 116,853 sqft. production facility with 110 employees and generates revenue of RMB 69 million. In addition a Technical Competence Center was established on site in 2014.

• Responsibility for developing new business including the transfer from PO to production site as well as partly managing the interface between sales and production plants
• Developing the TCC China regarding staffing, equipment, procedures & qualification
• Implementation of a global organization in terms of functional reporting lines
• Legal and commercial management of the entity
• Assure local infrastructure operations (IT hardware, Office infrastructure hardware, regional maintenance topics ) for the TCC area
• Establishing the cooperation with local universities based on the overall strategy, supported by HR and R&D  (research & resources)
• Leadership (recruitment, management, administration, mentoring) of the local TCC team

• High School diploma or equivalent as well as 10 years experience in mold making and medical engineering, minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• English language skills level B2/C1, International working experience is an advantage (focus Asia/US)
• Strong experience in dead mold making & project management
• Experience in the sector of injection molding and medical engineering
• Forward thinking and strategic minded
