Job Description

  • You are technically responsible for the development of an electro-mechanical medical device with a high degree of innovation, which must be economically producible in high quantities and must have a high reliability during its life cycle
  • You design product architectures and concretise them with the specialists from the fields of mechanical design, electronics and embedded software
  • You lead the technical team within the framework of the respective development project
  • You ensure that the device is developed according to the technical requirements
  • You coordinate prototyping, testing and industrialisation activites of the device

Qualifications

  • Thanks to your education and at least 10 years of experience in a comparable industry, you have broad-based knowledge in the specialist areas of mechanical design, electronics and industrialisation. Knowledge of embedded software would be an asset
  • This unusual and extremely exciting task is aimed at an engineer whose heart beats for engineering and new technologies, who thinks across disciplines and has already successfully developed and launched products on the market
  • Your technical expertise is rounded off with good communication skills in English and ideally in German, a talent for structured work and pragmatic solution-finding and implementation, and a high degree of initiative combined with the ability to work in a team
  • You feel comfortable in an organisation with flat hierarchies, where specialist and management careers are equally encouraged
  • You would like to contribute to the company's success with enthusiasm, creativity, and experience
