Job Description

What you will do

The OD Science Advisor owns the primary support function of the OD team: serving clients, product, sales, and marketing. This position requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, collaboration, diplomacy, and executive presence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record advising large companies on employee engagement issues, has a passion for helping people succeed, is an analysis geek, and loves working in a fast-paced environment

  • Design research programs that uncover the people factors in business performance (e.g., building research frameworks, writing survey questions, working with multiple stakeholders)
  • Apply expertise in organizational and psychological science to product designs in working sessions with the Product team
  • Write and present findings to clients, prospects, and the Glint community
  • Perform statistical analysis using R (e.g., correlation, regression, cluster, factor, decision-tree)

Who you are

  • Consulting pro: empathetic, authentic, strategic, inquisitive, analytical, diplomatic, charismatic
  • Expert knowledge of the HR, Organizational Development, or Employee Engagement industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced data analyst with an eagerness and ability to learn new techniques
  • Self-motivated team player that has ideas on fresh new ways to apply organizational science to software-based interventions
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • Small company/start-up experience desirable
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • 5+ years consulting experience
  • Masters or Ph.D. in psychology or management
