Global View Estates LLC is seeking an Acquisition Project Manager to join our investment team to manage renovation projects from A to Z.  This is a very unique position and prior experience is a requirement; The ideal candidate will be energetic and motivated. A real estate license is not necessary.The Acquisition Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing renovation of the investment properties.

We are seeking a Acquisition Project Manager to help carry out our Fix and Flip renovation investment projects we will be approaching asset-based and/or private lenders to help fund our projects, lenders that only focus on the asset. The candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for helping to drive revenue into the company.

Key responsibilities duties include: (Fix And Flips)

• Build relationships and keep in contact with Private Investors/lenders to help fund fix and flips.
• Assist with completing loan applications and finding private money.
  
• Create scopes of work and budgets for renovations, and unit turnovers
• Complete projects in a timely and cost effective method while maintaining high quality
• Source contractors and vendors, obtain bids and oversee material deliveries and contractors
• Test all systems and functions of the homes to make sure they work properly.
• Assist with finding qualified Private lenders.

Knowledge-Skills-Abilities Competencies needed for this position: (Fix And Flips)

• Strong knowledge of construction practices and sequencing
• Ability to prepare scopes of work, construction schedules and cost estimates for renovations and unit turnovers
• Complete projects in a timely and cost effective method while maintaining high quality
• Source contractors and vendors, obtain bids and oversee the contractors
• Test all systems and functions of the homes to make sure they work properly
• Experience pulling permits and interacting with building officials
• Ability to identify and solve problems
• Adherence to budgets and schedules and our standards is paramount.
• Competent and comfortable with technology
• Advanced communications, presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective communication with contractors, staff and senior management
• Ability to multi-task and balance a number of simultaneous projects
