Job Description
The Custodian is responsible to maintain a clean and odor free atmosphere in the campus in all public areas.
Full-time days 7:30am - 4pm, 80 hrs/pp, every 3rd weekend

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the custodial field desirable.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning methods required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills commensurate with the responsibilities of the position are required.
- Preferred general knowledge of: floor care and carpet cleaning equipment, walk behind sweeper, upright vacuum, carpet spotter, carpet extractor with upholstery attachment, shop vac, and hand tools.
- Experience working with seniors preferred.
