 The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible to oversee operations of either day, afternoon or night shifts of the nursing department as scheduled.  RN Supervisor is responsible to organize and monitor resident care and to take lead in emergent and/or changes in staffing or resident situations.   Models and promotes household philosophy and leadership.

12-hour shifts.

• Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
• Must demonstrate ability to perform necessary responsibilities of the position.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
