Here we grow again! Central Pennsylvania’s leader in pools and spas is seeking a retail manager trainee for one of their five stores. Initially the position would be a full-time seasonal role. For the right individual there is potential to grow into a permanent position with benefits. The opportunity will be located at either the Camp Hill, Lancaster or Carlisle location, based on need. This retail position is extremely busy on a seasonal basis. Evenings and weekends are required throughout the year. The motivated candidate will demonstrate their desire to drive the store's retail success, assure customer satisfaction, and cultivate an exceptional customer experience. Experience in the pool and spa industry is helpful but not required. The right individual can be trained. The successful candidate will demonstrate their willingness to learn how to manage all facets of a retail business. Job would be a hands-on retail position requiring exceptional customer service, point of sale register work, stocking product, unloading deliveries, and general retail functions. This person will be a self starter who knows how to be organized and be a key member of a retail team. Pool and spa industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We will train the right candidate for this very specialized retail position.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
